fuji x100 |
The Fuji X100 has been one of the most anticipated camera releases of recent memory, and understandably so. Fuji knew what they were doing their marketing and hype for this camera has been remarkable was designed by photographers.
Fuji x100 professionals choice and at $1200 it is priced up there with some very good DSLR cameras but those who are interested in this camera are NOT interested in a big old DSLR. Read on to find out the details and ALL of my findings during my review time with this special breakthrough camera.
Digital camera A switchable hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder and a high resolution monitor with 460K-dot resolution make capturing images with "Fuji x100" is the greatest digital camera ever made and may just be the greatest camera I have ever owned. Camera. I had a conversation with someone on Twitter about this camera. This camera is worth every penny.
I’m not going to go into discussions about 100% crops, dynamic range, write times with different SD cards Fuji x100 Canon, Nikon/ Lexica/ Olympus/ phone view camera If you approach this camera like you approach a DSLR you will be sorely disappointed I love that range of lens for day to day shooting.
You have to get used to its quirks Fuji x100 start up time lock ups to get the most out of the camera. Once I got comfortable with the the quirks then shooting with it is pure joy Of all the nerdy tech stuff about the camera that is by far my favorite part of the camera It makes the optical viewfinder on the Canon G series cameras look like a child’s toy.
This Fuji x100 is ten times that camera in terms of image quality and high performance ISO 1600 is a breeze and, if you nail exposure, ISO 3200 is usable I will most likely blow this shutter out before my others cameras though.
half shutter press to focus kind of photographer The Fuji x100 delivers gorgeous RAW files but I’m shooting large jpg only has a convenient little RAW button on the back of the camera that allows me to press it and the next image I shoot will be a file A number of reviewers of this camera have botched and moaned about that little button and want Fuji to make it a programmable function button.
camera most people using it wrote in length about how poorly placed and numbered all the little tiny buttons and switches are on the back of the camera It’s a small camera I’ve shot about 10 seconds of video with it. It has a fairly cool in-camera one click and pan panoramic mode fuji x100.
